Dream On

She sat contemplating the idea of sleep. Sleep was a beautiful thing really. A little impatient at times, but often well rested and calm. There were the dreamless sleeps - of blackness, darkness, of absolute nothingness. Peace and quiet, solitude. And there were those ones with dreams - sometimes bizarre, often confusing. These dreams could leave you lying awake in almost any kind of emotional state - happy, sad, scared, angry, fearful, excited, embarrased. Dreams are fascinating. The way in which your unconsciousness tries to convey messages to your consciousness, is simlpy mind blowing. All the little details it can pikc up and transfer into something you normally wouldn't think twice about. The unclear ones are usually the most interesting, and certainly the most remembered.
