Important Date

He traced a finger over his hideously scarred-for-life body, over the unprofessional tattoo on his ribs. One three zero six one two. He'd had it for years now, and still didn't know where it meant, except for the obviousness that it stood for a date, still years away. What would happen on that day he had no idea. It was obviously important, otherwise it would've have been permanently attached to his skin has a reminder, just like the rest of the unhealed scars. Why he couldn't be told of the importance of something on his own body was something you'd have to ask the person who did it. The person who was the reason he was locked away now. The person who destroyed his life.
