Make No Mistake
He blinked a few times, unable to make out his surroundings. His eyes were still so blurry and full of sleep. He rolled over onto his back, rubbing his eyes as he did so before squinting them open again. That was slightly better. He still didn't know where he was. Where they'd taken him. They were too good at their job. Couldn't they make just one mistake? One little mistake? Everyone made mistakes at some point. How long would it be until they made theirs? He sighed, finally sitting up. The room was light. It had to be early morning. And they were waiting for him when he woke.
